What Makes Us Special
Eclipse Seattle was started by property management professional Amy Garman. Amy brings over 20 years of on site property management experience in both lease up's and conventional communities.
OUR TRAINING
Eclipse Seattle has a three tiered training structure. We use Grace Hill, conduct one on one training, and utilize continuing education. When you hire one of our team members they will be able to operate seamlessly as a representative of your company, with minimal direction needed.
OUR PEOPLE
